incorrect currency

  I created my wordpress account a while ago when I was living in the UK briefly. I hadn’t really used it much until now, and am now interested in upgrading to a Personal Plan. All of the costs still seem to be in GBP instead of USD. I would like to pay in USD as I do not have a UK debit/credit card. My account location is set to the United States and I have never made any purchases on my account (so no transaction history of GBP). How can I get the setting to switch, short of deleting my account and creating a new one? Thanks
