Incorrect Purchase

I purchased a wordpress.com website and what I really needed was a wordpress.org website. I did not know the difference between the two options when I first started and now that I need to use plugins, java, etc, I am stuck with a wordpress blog that cannot achieve any thing that I need for my website.

I want to clarify that I purchased a WordPress.com Premium upgrade and I want to refund that and use wordpress.org

You were unable to cancel your WordPress.com Premium purchase because you have a domain registered through the Premium upgrade, so we must handle the purchase cancellation manually.
Domain registrations may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. However you can cancel the rest of the Premium upgrade for a refund of $73.
If we refund the rest of the Premium upgrade purchase, you can continue to use the domain greenpandadispensary.com for your WordPress.com site, or you may point the name servers to another hosting provider in order to use the domain somewhere else. Here’s more information about using your domain at another hosting provider:

If you do not wish to continue to use your domain, we can cancel it as well. Please note that once it’s been cancelled, it may not become available in the future to register again. We typically would advise against this course of action unless you are certain you do not plan to use the domain in the future.

Thank you for your reply, I just managed to move my domain to another hosting provider. Please cancel my wordpress premium purchase.
