Increase PHP memory limit & Increase the maximum execution time

  I am having a error of ‘Connection Timed Out’. i searched and found this solution that Increase PHP memory limit & Increase the maximum execution time might solve my problem. so can you guys do it please?? and one more thing can you tell me where to find my control panel?? thank you.

  cPanel is not available here. We offer WordPress.com as a managed service, so it does not include access to ini files and what not.

  But if you’ll tell us what you were doing when you received this error, so we can duplicate it, we will take care of the issue. Thanks!
