Infalted viewing stats

    Reviewing my page views for June I see the predominant referral (30%) is from ‘fix-web-site-errors.com’. This links to http://semalt.com/ which appears to be web sales company.
    In May 25% of visits were from ‘keywords – monitoring-your-success’ which links to the same semalt.com.
    This completely distorts my site visits statistics. Can it be discouraged or stopped/blocked without making my site private? Presumably this is happening to other WordPress sites too?
