  Yes this is possible – this site actually uses the Avada theme: https://avada.theme-fusion.com/

  In order to use this theme a site on WordPress.com would need the business plan: https://wordpress.com/pricing/ .

  Yes, indeed! I am certain you can find tutorials and support from the Avada site on how to custom build the site to your liking.
