  Tech support have asked me to contact WP for some details on my blog. How do I do that?

  http://purplebutterflybooks.wordpress.com/ does not have a Cpanel at all.

  Your admin username and password are the username and password you use to sign into the blog.

  I don’t know why you would get help from the VIP desk. http://purplebutterflybooks.wordpress.com/ is not a VIP blog. And they cost a fortune, like $2300 per month.

  Social Deal Press is a plugin. YOu can’t use it at WordPress.com at all. And that’s a spammy one, too. I don’t appreciate pop-ups and the inability to leave a page that I’ve opened. Avoid companies that do things like that. There are too many good ones to settle for that.

  DO NOT give your username and password to anyone ANYONE AT ALL outside of WordPress.com. If that site is asking for those details, they have no legitimate reason to have them. DO NOT GIVE THEM THOSE DETAILS.
