Information about the domain after cancellation

    I wanted to know that if I get into PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP but I discontinue it after a period of time, so will the theme that I’ve used under the PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP will still be there or it will also go away and the videos(if any) uploaded will be there or they will go away?

    Hi there,

    If you use a Premium Theme included in your plan, that theme will be removed when your plan is removed and your site will go back to using a default free theme. The exception is if you first contact us to help you purchase the specific theme before you cancel Premium.

    If you cancel Premium, any videos you’ve already uploaded and embedded in your posts will still work, but you won’t be able to add any new ones.
