Information missing and 'unapproved' and 'spam' is highlighted

I am looking for the whole article that I wrote that is not there. Also highlighted in yellow is ‘unapproved’ and’ spam’ why is that so? Who did this and why? How to remove it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you referring to a post on your above WordPressdotcom site @ leafpressblog? Since it is marked Private only Staff can access and see it.
Did you register that site here on WordPressdotcom and are you the only user?
Is it a multi-author site and, if so, what is your user role?
