Infoway theme : how do I get the notification bar ?

Hi
On the demo of the “infoway” theme, there is an orange bar on the top-head of the home page.
I bought the theme, but I can’t find this bar in the widgets.
Any clue ?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
You can add that by going to Appearance > Customize > Theme. You can add what you want under Top Infobar Heading/Text/URL.
