    Hi melgamboa15,

    The account you are logged in to hasn’t purchased any upgrades and you no longer own a site. We don’t charge for the WordPress.com account itself, only paid upgrades for sites. Therefore, there will be no charge if you just want to keep your account open.

    Is there another site you are being charged for?
