  I finished doing that was need for my website, but i cant see it on the search engine. i am on a free domain but hoping to upgrade after some time. Need your help. Why isn’t my site in Google?

  It can take up to several weeks even months before search engines crawl your site. As your wordpress.com account and site(?) are only 4 hours old, it’s obvious search engiens haven’t crawled your site yet. To know more about SEO, https://wordpress.com/support/seo/
