  I hope this message finds you well. My name is Víctor, and I am reaching out to you to request additional information regarding the security features included in the Business plan.

  I have noticed that you offer protection against DDoS attacks, as well as a Web Application Firewall (WAF). I would like to obtain more specific details about these features:

  Regarding the WAF:

  What types of protections does the WAF provide? Specifically, does it cover attacks such as SQL injection, LFI, XSS, Path Traversal, and other attacks modeled by OWASP?
  Regarding DDoS protections:

  Could you please enumerate the different types of protections available? For example: TCP SYN+ACK, TCP FIN, TCP RESET, TCP ACK, UDP, ICMP, etc.
  Additionally, I would like to know if there is a mechanism in place to receive notifications in the event of high-intensity DDoS attacks. Have you established any Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for such attacks?
