Insert media from custom URL doesn't appear

    I’m trying to upload a pdf file. I want the pdf to appear after viewers click on an image. I’ve done this many times before. Today, I uploaded both the image and the pdf (text), but when I try to upload the pdf linked through the custom url of the image, no option appears in the “link to” box for custom url, only media file or attachment page. What has changed or am I doing something wrong?

    Hi there,

    You should still see an option when you’re adding or editing an image to link it to a custom URL, as described here: Image Links

    Can you send me a link to the post or page where you’re running into trouble with this? I’d be happy to take a closer look.
