  Hello,

  I am trying to upload an Adobe InDesign graphic but it is not loading. I have tried multiple extensions, but none have worked. I am in a bind and would appreciate help.

  Hi Samantha,

  I checked the Media Library on mypr351afinal.wordpress.com and was able to upload a test image without any issues. What is the file format of the graphic you are trying to upload?

  The .indd file extension isn’t supported on WordPress.com but the following file types should work:

  Accepted File Types

  InDesign supports the option to export as .jpg and .png from File > Export > Format. Have you tried exporting one of those from InDesign? If so, are you seeing any error messages?

  You’ll also want to make sure the file size is under 1GB.

  Just let me know and we can go from there.
