Inserting javascript in a post or page

  i just read that we can’t put javascript in a wordpress post or page. i feel sad for this because i and my friends had already planned to host our site in wordpress and we need some sort of javascript/jquery codes in our posts.. well, we don’t know what to do now. i don’t want to host in other sites than here in wordpress because we’re not yet pro web developers.. isn’t there other ways to put scripting codes? or do we have no other choice but to host in other site? im hoping for your very soon reply. thanks!

  No. You can’t put scripting codes on a WordPress.com blog. Your only other option is to self-host. Please read these:

  You don’t have to be a pro developer to pay Godaddy or someone for hosting and use software from WordPress.ORG instead.

  uhmm.. now i understand.. if im not mistaken, this wordpress.org is one feature offered by many web hosting sites with the “easy install” description, right??
