  Hi, I would like to place the instagram feed near the top of the page right below the header instead of the footer. What is the best way to do this?

  Hi there,

  Widgets can only be placed in a widget area provided by your theme, and your theme only supports footer widgets.

  To have the Instagram widget appear higher on your page you’ll need to switch to a theme that has sidebar widget areas instead.
