Instagram Invalid Data

  I have the Instagram widget on my homepage, but it is showing ‘Instagram has returned invalid data.’ I’ve disconnected and reconnected my account, tried deleting and readding the widget.. still the same error code. Thanks!

  On which site is this happening?

  Can you check if it makes any difference if you view your site using another browser?

  The site is http://www.adventureswechase.com, if I look at the site on my phone, it still shows my Instagram Feed but it hasn’t updated with any of the recent pictures, it’s showing older photos. Same thing when I open the site in Explorer. And when I log into wordpress it says ‘Instagram has returned invalid data.’

  Hi –

  Thanks for that information. Looking at the site I can see it’s actually hosted by BlueHost rather than us at WordPress.com. This means you’re set up on the open source WordPress.org software. Help with that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  I’d check with your specific Instagram plugin author/team for help. An easy thing to try, though, is to delete and reactivate the plugin.
