Instagram not sharing or coming up ‘invalid data’

My Instagram is not connecting or showing ‘invalid data’ from time to time . Sometimes it’s there sometimes it isn’t. I have updated everything on my web page and now my web page link isn’t refreshing or coming up correct on my Instagram as well, it isn’t showing newer post??

I use siteground which has me using WordPress if that makes any sense. I am not at all great with websites/web building ! -

Yes, your site is hosted by Site Ground and the domain was registered through GoDaddy. That means that it does not use the managed hosting environment from WordPresss.com. You will need to visit https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ to get assistance with that site.
There are 2 versions of WordPress which can cause confusion.
