  I’m not sure if you all can assist me with this. But my Instagram account was denied for shop option. That was due to me not having it setup properly with you all and Facebook. I was trying to reach out to Facebook and google to get assistance. When I went on google Shopify was assisting their customers with this same issue and was able to resolve it for them. I was hopping you all can assist me with my account be reconsider for approval for Instagram. Any assistance would be great.

  Hi there,

  Yes, this is an issue that has been raised before, but Facebook’s support hasn’t been too responsive, and unfortunately it is something that they have to do on their end for the fix. Did you receive an email from them?

  Here is a link to a user who had the same issue, but they provided instructions on how they were able to fix it on their end. It worked for several people and hopefully it does for you too.
