Helly, I’m trying to install WordPress for my domain ‘lifeandbusinesses.com from my Cpanel at Godaddy, but I can’t. I have try lots of times. This is the first time I’m using wordpress

Since you are using the open source WordPress software, you’ll want to contact GoDaddy for assistance with this. If they say this is a WordPress problem, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they have more experience with the software you are using. There you’ll find both the documentation and forums for the version of WordPress you are using.
WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and WordPress are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. You can learn more about that in our support guide at https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
