  How do I install a Recipe Plugin into my blog ??

  Please advise.

  Specifically, it is a WordPress.COM blog, so you can’t install plugins. Those are only for WordPress.ORG blogs.

  Tell us what you want to actually accomplish and we can probably provide a solution. Don’t say “install a plugin”. What is the plugin supposed to actually DO?
