Hi, I don´t find a “Install Theme” and I´ve a WordPress.org.
And I download a new theme in archive zip. just for install theme in wordpress.orgPlease, can you help me, is very important.

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. Just to clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different entities. Even though you have a custom domain ending in .org, your blog is still hosted here at WordPress.com.
On WordPress.com, you can select from a variety of themes to change your blog’s appearance. You can read more about customizing the appearance and theme of your blog on WordPress.com here:

Yes, if you need to install a theme, you will need to purchase a domain and website hosting service and install the WordPress.org software. (Themes can’t be uploaded and installed here at WordPress.com.) You can find out more about WordPress.org here: http://wordpress.org/
