Install theme from Themeforest

  Hi! We are nubies at wordpress and yet only trief a few free themes. We wanted to upgrade to nicer one, so after a long search we decided to invest the money and bought ‘arnold’ at themeforest. Now, we have problems installing it. is it true, we have to subscribe to 300 Eur (!!!) plan (12×25 Eur) in order to install that theme??? We are shocked and very disappointed.

  Hope there is another way. we wanted to go for a plan, but not the business one.

  You are correct. Third party themes can only be uploaded on WordPress.com if you have the Business Plan Upgrade:

  https://wordpress.com/business/

  They are usually used for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  If you do not want to go with the Business Plan but want to stay with WordPress.com, the good news is that WordPress.com has hundreds of available themes that you can activate (many for free), and they are found under Appearance > Themes
