  Hi
  I am a newbie to website design, I am just not sure what’s going on
  I have applied a domain name through vip control, metabolichealthnutrition.com
  I have paid for Divi, but now I can’t install themes without upgrading to business plan
  is there any way to have divi themes without having to pay so much as I am trying to start my small business

  You can’t install third party themes on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/.
  An alternative could be to buy and manage your own hosting and use the open source wordpress.org.
