  Hi

  I have a new account on wordpress and I have bought the Business Solution so I am able to install Plugins. But then, I wanted to install Elementor and all I get is the following error:

  Installation failed: The destination folder already exists.

  In google, everyone says, that I need to reach the site through a FTP Software, but I have really no clue, where I can get the login data. I have not bought a domain yet.

  Can anyone please help me.
