  How do i install my purchased theme from themeforest on wordpress.com?

  There are limits to what you can do with a WordPress.com free plan. You can only
  activate any of the free or Premium themes that are found in the WordPress.com themes showcase.

  Other themes purchased on the Interweb and really designed for the WordPress.org software can only be used here by upgrading to the WordPress.com Business plan.
