Installation or update problem

  I’m unable to update or install a new plugin
  And anything I try the website crashes
  The error I get is :” -1”

  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  Out of curiosity, is Elementor installed?

  This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  So our support may be limited in this instance…
