installing a new theme

  Hi,
  I have a template that I had purchased from templatemonster and I am trying to install it to my WordPress, however, when I click to install a new theme button it take me to a payment page. Could you clarify how I can install my own template please? Thanks

  Installing third-party themes on a WordPress.com site requires our Business Plan:

  On a free site, you can use any of the themes listed at https://wordpress.com/themes/
