Installing a theme I bought from a third party site

Im trying to figure out how to install a theme I bought from themeforest. The instructions say that I can install it in the Appearance tab where I can edit my site but it just shows me more themes and no option to install the theme.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
