Installing plugins without moving the site over to a staging page

  Hi,

  I am having trouble installing plugins to my page without having to accept moving the site over to a “WordPress’s advanced managed cloud hosting”.

  Is it possible to add plugins while keeping it hosted on wordpress.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
