  I need help installing a ssl certificate on our site. The ssl certificate is from godaddy

  What domain are you referring to? Any custom domain that’s pointing to a WordPress.com would get our SSL certificate automatically. It sounds like you’re talking about a site hosted elsewhere. If that’s the case, you will want to reach out directly to your registrar.
