installing theme

  I bought and downloaded a theme from envata. Trying to follow directions to install into WP. When I select Theme under Appearance tab I believe two tabs should appear – manage and install themes. Tabs do not appear. What am I doing wrong? thanks

  The only thing you are doing wrong is trying to apply a theme designed for WordPress.ORG blogs to a WordPress.COM blog. It cannot be done. You cannot use that theme on a WP.com blog; we can only use the themes on the dashboard Themes page. Get your money back.
