Installing Theme Not in WordPress Directory

Hi, I wanted to install a new theme for my newspaper. I looked up themes on google for WordPress, and I saw one called Exquisite:

However, I’m not sure if it is compatible with WordPress.com because from my dashboard, I can only activate themes within the directory.Could I get some advice?

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
So, you will not be able to use the Themeforest theme on WordPress.com. However, we have several other newspaper-oriented themes you could use. Here are just a few:

Thank you! I know about WordPress.org but the function of my newspaper can fit WordPress.com well, and I decided not to spend the effort in transferring all my content, setting up the hosting services, etc.
I did check the themes out before, and I am thinking about possibly buying one of the premium themes.
