  I was wondering if there is a way that I can install a plugin where my clients can add their insurance information. I have a friend who is doing a rideshare business and wants this added to her website

  Generally speaking, as long as the plugin was designed to “work with WordPress” then you should be able to install it on a WordPress site without issue.
