  I want to create an interactive website where tutors can register themselves so that students can interact with them for taking online classes. Teachers, however, will have to pay a certain amount to get coins before getting the contact number of the student and with every interaction made a part of coins get deducted. How can I make such site?

  If you have the WordPress.com Business plan upgrade, this might be possible, but I have not seen any plugins that would do this sort of thing.

  I would think that this would require some custom programming and that would likely be something best accomplished on a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software.

  I would suggest posting at jobs.wordpress.net to see if someone would want to do that and how much it would cost to develop it for you.
