Internal error 500

  My WordPress site and whole website stopped working. I even can’t log in (Error 500). It happened after installing some plug ins. I’ve read somewhere that the way how to fix it is log in through FTP client etc… but I can’t even log in to FTP, it says it’s not possible to connect to server. I’m desperate and have no idea how to make my website work again. Any help appreciated!
