Internal Error 500 – Cannot access site

    After updating WP last week, my site is down and I cannot access my WP-Admin anymore to try and find a solution. I updated on Wednesday (1/30) from 4.?? to 5.0.3 and at first I was unable to access the dashboard. Then I got 404 errors all over the site and on the WP-Admin, then the 500 Internal Error just shut the site down. Post upgrade, I did not change anything on my end – the site just kept erroring until it finally crashed completely.
