Internal Link Issue – 404 error Redirect
-
The internal link to our ‘resources’ and ‘tips’ pages receive a 404 error so our readers are unable to see any updates we make (the link for readers includes ‘blog’ instead of ‘resources’ or ‘tips’). How do we resolve this issue? We do not want to change the url at all.

Hi – What is the site URL? Happy to take a look. Sounds like you might just have the wrong page linked in the menu.
-
Our general url is: https://bookscouter.com
One example of this issue is the following page:
https://bookscouter.com/tips/where-to-recycle-textbooks/And on the back end, we are given this url:
https://bookscouter.com/blog/resources/where-to-recycle-textbooks
which re-directs to 404: Not Found. We would prefer not to change the url.
Thank you!

Hi,
Our general URL is:
https://bookscouter.comOne example of this issue:
The url our readers can access by clicking on the “TIPS” tab of our home page takes them to:
https://bookscouter.com/tips/where-to-recycle-textbooks/However, on the back end, where we need to update the information, this is the url provided:
https://bookscouter.com/blog/resources/where-to-recycle-textbooks
And that link goes to a page stating “404: Not Found”Thank you!
