Internal Service Error

    My site is hated by iPage. I tried to load a template, but the template would not load all of the way. I then tried to reset the account, but the reset tried to ‘Process’ for over an hour and did not complete. I am now getting an ‘Internal Service Error’ note with a note to contact the site administrator. I would like to simply reset the account (erase everything) and try reloading the template so that I can build the site.
