  I received a change to me account for a website that I do not have this is fraud and I want a refund ASAP!

  All WordPress.com plans are on autorenewal. You agreed so when you signed up for a paid Plan. If you don’t remember the Plan you bought, you can check it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
