Invalid card number

    My card number was declared invalid for the site, my card number has more than 14 digits, but the site only accept 14digit card number

    Hi there!

    Are you seeing an error message as soon as you try adding more than 14 digits? We do allow more than 14 digits so I’m trying to understand what led you to see/think that the site only accepts 14-digit numbers.

    Can you try a different card to see if you get the same error? If you do, please share the full error message exactly as it appears and we’ll be happy to investigate this further.
