‘Invalid Email’ message when adding a Team member

    I added a team member using People > Team > Invite and entering their email address. The member in question received the invite but had a problem responding. We are not sure what the problem was. I have tried adding this team member again using the same route as before but this time when I add his email address (the same one as before) WordPress displays a message ‘Invalid Email’ and I cannot send the invite. The email is a valid one outside of wordpress. What can I do?

    What is the email of the team member you are trying to add? No worries sharing the email in this forum, only staff will be able to see the address.

    Thanks darnelldibbles but I have sorted this now using an alternative email address.
