“Invalid Transaction ID” Error On Account Recovery Form

  Hi everyone,

  I bought a domain 12 years ago that I need to access. I still have a receipt for the domain’s newal (from only a few months ago). But it’s registered to an old school email that I can’t access.

  I tried the account recovery form, but it won’t accept my transaction ID from Paypal (even though I followed the steps). Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? I think this is possibly happening because the Paypal email doesn’t match the email the domain is registered with.

  

  Does anyone know what I can do from here? I’ve put in help emails but no one is getting back to me. This is really important to me so I’m hoping to resolve it.

  Would really appreciate any advice!
