Invitations, some recipients can activate, others not. Why?

    Only some of the invitations I send from my ipad (it takes me to the web for admin.) are able to be activated. One person says the link doesn’t work. I have deleted him from the list and then re entered the invitation…still does not work for him. Thanks. Paul White. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. What is the email address for the person that’s having issues please? If you provide it here the software will redact ie. HIDE it and only Staff will be able to see it. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    Hi Paul,

    Could you please ask that person to make sure he is logged in to his WordPress.com account when he accepts the invitation? Also, he can try copying and pasting the link at the bottom of the invite email into the browser if clicking on the Accept button does not work.

    Please let me know if that works for him!
