Invited Viewer Is Having Problems Getting to my Blog

    I sent an email invitation so my friend can become a viewer to my private blog. She said that she completed the form to set up a wordpress.com account but she can’t find my blog. I want to help her but I don’t even know what questions to ask her so I can helpful. What can I do? Thanks.

    Hi there, typically if the person you have invited is logged into their account, all they would need to do is to type in your site address and they would be able to view it. Send them the link to your site and see if the person is able to do that.

    In case you haven’t seen it, you can see a list of your followers here: https://wordpress.com/people/viewers/aumemoto.wordpress.com. On that page, you can also click on Invites near the top and see a list of the people that you have invited.
