Invites (for private site) are not received

    Hi,

    For a private site we sent a number of invites on last tuesday. From a some invitees we hear new that they did not receive their invitation e-mail. They checked their spamfolder and the invite is not there either. Is there anything else to check?

    Hi there,

    Can you please give me the email addresses of the people who did not receive their invitations? Type each email on its own line and it will be hidden from public view. Then I can check whether the emails went out correctly from our end – if they did, that would indicate a problem with the other people’s email providers.
