Inviting users

  I have been trying to add users. I am not being able to type in the email ids. I can change the drop down box, and write a message but just can’t input the email ids. So, can’t send invitations. Help!

  Hi,

  Have you clicked on the box labeled “Usernames or Email Addresses” before attempting to type or paste in the email addresses? This action should cause the box to be highlighted and the cursor to begin blinking at the top left of the box.

  Thanks for the prompt reply. I had been trying on the ipad on the mobile site and not the app. Later when I used my desktop, it worked perfectly. Perhaps that was the problem. Thanks anyway.
