  Hello, I need an invoice for my wordpress purchases but only get a receipt. I have read through the forum but I do not have the option nor the button of changing “billing to” and have spend the past 30 min searching…..

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You can edit the “Billed to” details (the name and email address) on your receipt by clicking on “View/Print” next to the receipt under Store > Billing History in your site’s WP Admin dashboard.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

  Hello,
  well I do not have this option mentioned in the forum. I can view/print the receipt but do not have not even the word “billed to” as an option.
  I has top right the date. on the left WordPress logo. Underneath: Receipt ID, PayPal Ref, Payment Method and below Order Summary, nothing else.

  It is the same where I started from and still have no option of billing to nor even the word listed…..

  Hello,

  We are using wordpress since 1 month now. All the receipts from March are visible, but I cannot see those from April (billed on my credit card on 2nd April). Is this normal?

If you have recent charges that you don’t see receipts for, please make sure you’re logged in to the account you used to purchase the related upgrades.
