Can you tell me how I can obtain an invoice for a payment made in December and also my subscription for Custom Design says that it expires in December 2012 but is shown in red. Is that correct?

That’s right — your custom design upgrade is set to expire in December 2012, and is set to auto-renew. You can manage this at the Store page in your dashboard.
I’ve emailed you the receipts for your recent purchases.
