Invoice and log in problems for user tabodesignstudio

How do I get in touch with customer support when WP doesn’t let me log in to my paid account?
I have a paid plan under another account and I am trying to first of all get an invoice for my purchase, and second to log in to my account for support. It tells me that the user does not exist (hence the use of another account here) – but I can still log in to my sitebuilder, and you have charged me for the plan.
Getting really annoyed at this time consuming error. Solve this!

Can you please tell us the address of the site you need help with?
There is no account on WordPress.com with the username,
tabodesignstudio, and while the site, tabodesignstudio.wordpress.com used to exist, that site was created on 21 November last year by another account, and deleted the next day by the same account, so I’m confident that’s not the site you’re speaking of.Your mention of “sitebuilder” also leads me to believe that you’re speaking of a WordPress site hosted somewhere else, rather than a site hosted on WordPress.com. In that case, please contact your hosting provider directly for help.

The username in question is tabodesignstudio. I can still log in to my WP admin through the confirmation email that I received from you. You have also billed me for a one-year subscription to the premium plan.If you can provide me with a proper line of communication (EMAIL PLEASE!) I can provide you with screenshots and account statements.
